Flat Dues payments are due before the last day of each month to remain current. There is a two (2) month grace period from the current month in which you are paid before you risk going suspended. Failure to pay dues and/or fall more than two (2) months behind shall result in automatic suspension of Local 7 membership and a reinstatement fee will be due.
(The postmark on your envelope is the determining factor)
Example: Paid thru Sept 31 must have a postmark of Nov 30
Paying dues timely also makes you eligible for the Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy through SMART.
